FleetReach Modules

Administration

The Administration module provides the designated user complete control of their asset management. The user designates as the administrator can create users, add or delete assets, create group of assets, assign passwords and determine the level of access for all company users.

Alerts
The alerts module is used to send an automated alert to a specified user, once some predetermined criteria has been met. The alerts module allows the user to be alerted when an asset moves (during and outside of business hours) or when the trip starts or ends.  Also possible are different maintenance alerts, specified by asset class, that can be cutomized based on on time, mileage and engine hours. The user can select multiple options and parameters for each alert and then choose which email(s) to send the custom notification to.

Reports
The Reports tool provides several graphical reports including:

• Idling
  • Get insight into your driver’s idling habits on a monthly, daily or trip basis. Compare your drivers’ performance in terms of total idling and idling as percentage of engine run time.
• Fleet Utilization
  • Optimize your fleet size with real time fleet utilization data. See how many vehicles were utilized and at what time. Identify the most utilized vehicles in your fleet.
• After Hours Usage
  • Minimize vehicle and fuel misuse with detailed after hours fleet usage reports.
• Stop & Start
  • Get first hand information on productivity. Monitor each trip start and end point by location and time.
• Engine Hours:
  • Get up to the minute stats on the actual usage of your equipment.
• Trip Report:
  • Receive a comprehensive breakdown of your asset's last location, when it last moved, its idle time, run time, distance and max speed, latitude and longitude. Trips reports can be historically calculated on a daily or weekly basis.
